At Al Najam Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following terms.

 Return Policy Duration

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

 

 Eligibility for Return

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • The product must be unused.
  • At least 95% of the perfume must remain.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (box required)
  • Proof of purchase must be available.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
    In such cases, **Al Najam Fragrance will take full responsibility, including delivery charges.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used or opened perfume.
  • Sale items

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via **bank transfer** within **10–14 working days

 Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery charges
  • However, in case of **damaged or wrong product, we will cover all costs
